Mole to mole stoichiometry is the simplest type of stoichiometry. You can use Mole to mole stoichiometry when given the number of moles to convert from, mole to gass, mole to particle, mole to volume.
Mole to mass calculations
In order to convert from mole to mass follow the following steps
1. Find the gfm for the part of the equation
2.Multiply the gfm of the specific part by the number of moles.
3.You now have the mass of the part

2. Divide the gfm by the mass
3.You now have the number of moles
